An efficacy test of the BodySculptor® Mask + OsmoSculpt® Anti-Ageing, carried out by the Institut d’Expertise Clinique (IEC, Lyon) in January 2023 with 20 volunteers (5 men and 15 women) over a period of 6 weeks, showed a statistically significant improvement in the main “anti-ageing” appearance criteria shown above (see table).

The test concluded that there was a statistically significant improvement in the facial contour (ptosis), in the smoothness of the skin, its radiance and hydration compared with initial assessments. A further statistically significant improvement in the appearance of wrinkles and in skin firmness was also observed, with twice the variation recorded at week 6 compared with week 3. Individual results may vary.

This efficacy test, carried out by the Gredeco Laboratory (Paris) on 14 women with moderate to significant sagging of the facial contour, neck and décolleté, measured the firming effect of the BodySculptor® Mask combined with OsmoSculpt® Anti-Ageing serum after 35 days of use, 6 sessions per week.

On average, among the 14 volunteers, the following changes were measured:

  • firmer-looking skin around the facial contour: 20.2% reduction in the sagging score (Bazin scale) and 9.3% reduction in the R0 parameter (cutometer)
  • firmer-looking neck: 22.5% reduction in the sagging score (Bazin scale)
  • smoother-looking skin in the décolleté area: 30.8% reduction in the skin ageing score (Landau scale)

The gentle, imperceptible stimulation of the muscles beneath the skin induced by the mask is likely responsible for this firming effect, which can be seen in the visible refining of the facial contours. OsmoSculpt® Anti-Ageing serum completes this action by hydrating and smoothing the skin.

Skin tolerance of the mask combined with the serum was rated excellent for the whole panel. Individual results vary.

The setup

Combining the BodySculptor® Mask with OsmoSculpt® Anti-Ageing brings a dual benefit: a visibly redefined facial contour and firmer-looking skin.

Before EVERY session, apply OsmoSculpt® Anti-Ageing to support the firming and smoothing action.

Pour a generous dollop of serum into the palm of your hand and apply the hydrogel from the bottom of the neck towards the chin and cheeks. Position a non-woven cloth or gauze to protect the lower face and put on the BodySculptor® Mask face and neck active strap. The hydrogel will be absorbed during the session.
