The Website presents BODYSCULPTOR devices and products intended, on the one hand, for beauty professionals and, on the other hand, for consumers for home use. It also makes it possible to find equipped centres near one’s home and, where applicable, to order online under the conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Since 1 October 2026, the distribution of professional BODYSCULPTOR devices in metropolitan France has been handled exclusively by HOLICARE, the official distributor. Requests for demonstrations, quotes or training relating to these devices submitted via the Website’s forms are forwarded to HOLICARE. Products intended for consumers continue to be sold directly by BODYSCULPTOR on the Website.
BODYSCULPTOR devices are non-medical aesthetic devices. The information published on the Website is provided for information purposes only and does not replace the advice of a beauty or healthcare professional.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
BODYSCULPTOR, FACESCULPTOR, Revealight, BIOSTIMOLOGY, SLIM BOX, Homeslim and OSMO-SCULPT are European Union trademarks registered with the EUIPO and owned by BODYSCULPTOR S.A.S. The devices presented are protected by patents.
The structure of the Website and all of its content (texts, logos, photographs, videos, illustrations, graphics) are the property of BODYSCULPTOR S.A.S. or are used with authorisation. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of BODYSCULPTOR is prohibited and may constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. and L.713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
